My mag well wasn’t warped or damaged but I figured while I had my rifle in parts, I’d replace it anyway. Very easy to install with only two flat head screws. You will need a small punch to drift the pin holding the mag release on the plastic well. I ended up using a small allen key to align the holes as I replaced the pin.
