We do our very best to keep our stock up to date and at any point in time our website is 99.9% accurate. Therefore if you can add the item to your cart, we do have it in stock. If any item is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase unless we have a pre order arrangement. In this instance please add your email address in the “Notify Me” field that comes up and the moment the item returns to stock you receive an automated email notifying you that the item is once again available for purchase. If for some reason (0.01%) you have purchased an item and it is not in stock, we will contact you and give the choice of waiting for the item to return to stock or offering you a full and immediate refund.
Due to the nature of the items and the bulk of the items coming from an international destination, a number of regulatory requirements must be adhered to all of which can take some time for approval. We try our best to re stock as soon as possible however unforseen delays on both sides of the border are a frequent occurence causing delays that make it impossible for us to give an accurate estimate. If the item is out of stock, please use the “Notify Me” feature and the moment the item is back in stock you will receive an automated email notifying you of the item’s availability.
We are very apologetic for all those that call and are unable to reach us. We try our very best to answer every call however at times the amount of calls are overwhelming and take up every minute of the day stopping us from processing existing order. If you are unable to reach please leave a voicemail and we will call you back. If you do not leave a voicemail, unfortunately the chances are you will not receive a return call. Alternatively, you can always email us on and we will respond as soon as we are able.
Whilst phone orders are possible, we strongly prefer and recommend all orders be placed online for a number of reasons. Online order are fully automated and immediately processed. You receive an automated receipt of your purchase and constant status updates. You also have the choice to sign up for our newsletter allowing you keep up to date with the latest news and updates. Phone orders require us to be in front of the terminal causing much greater delay and the manual processing means they are always processed last.
No. Delta Tactical is an online business hence we are generally unavailable and do not allow pick up (unless your purchase is a firearms in which case we may meet you at a destination we select).
No. As PayPal have an anti firearm policy, we can not offer this method to you. Our online payment facility is safe and has all the security measures in place. The Payment Gateway is via Commonwealth Bank therefore your information is safe and secure and we do not record any of your financial details.

All items in stock generally ship within 24hours of your order being placed. In most instances, if your order is placed before 1200 Australian EST, it will ship the same day.

Firearms are an exception to this rule.  Due to the requirements of Firearms and accessories ordered with the firearm, delays are as expected and there is no such timeframe we can provide.  We always endeavour to do our best and get the items to you or your dealer as soon as legally possible.

We have a Shipping Estimator live on the site linked to the Australia Post module. In order to get your shipping quote follow these simple steps:

  1. Add the item or items yo your cart
  2. View your cart
  3. Select “Estimate Shipping & Taxes”
  4. Enter your region and post code and hit “Get Quotes”

You will be given a number of different postage options along with price.

We use Australia Post for our postage (except for firearms). When we process your order, Australia Post will email you a tracking code. Please check SPAM or JUNK if you do not receive it in your normal mailbox. (For Domestic Shipping Only)
Yes we do ship internationally to approved countries. If you are an international customer, you will be able to estimate your shipping costs by following the process described above. Please Note: If you would like to track your item do not select the cheapest postage method – Economy Air as this method does NOT offer tracking. If you have selected this option please do not contact us asking for the whereabouts of your item as we are unable to tell you.
We use Australia Post for all our postage (excluding firearms). Once your item has been collected by Australia Post we can not control the delivery time. If you have selected a trackable postage method, please track your item for status updates. If you have selected a non trackable postage method, we are sorry we are unable to assist with the whereabouts of your item.
All international orders over $2,000 require an Export Declaration Number. This is a lodgement process that will cause a delay in your item shipping by a few days up to 1 week and will incur a $30 processing fee. This is a legal requirement and we will not circumvent this process.

All Deposits are Non Refundable.  Upon payment of a deposit, the customer agrees to purchase the item in full.  If for whatever reason the customer has a change of mind and no longer wishes to go ahead with said purchase, the order will be cancelled and the customer will forfeit their deposit in full.
